ProptechOS is taking the next step in our Nordic expansion by entering Denmark. With this launch, Danish property owners and facility managers gain access to one of the leading platforms for smart buildings and sustainable cities.

To build a strong local presence and drive the dialogue in the market, ProptechOS welcomes Rasmus Gorm Pedersen to the team. With extensive experience from the Danish real estate and technology sector, Rasmus will play a key role in developing relationships with customers and partners in the country.

Rasmus brings more than 20 years of experience in building digitalization, spanning areas such as energy management, IoT/AI, facility management, workplace solutions, and sustainability reporting. He is engaged in several board positions, including seven years as a board member of Energiforum Danmark, and has been actively involved in shaping Denmark’s digitalization strategies within the built environment. Besides Energiforum Danmark, he is also a board member of Danske Facilities Management. With a strong background in strategy execution, innovation projects, and network building across the sector, Rasmus is well positioned to accelerate ProptechOS’ growth in Denmark.

– “Denmark is the right place for the next step in our journey. Having Rasmus on our team is a real privilege — his experience and perspective will not only help us build strong relationships in Denmark but also push our thinking forward as we shape the future of smart, sustainable buildings.” says Per Karlberg, CEO at ProptechOS.

ProptechOS turns real estate portfolios into high-performing, data-driven assets, empowered by applications and AI agents for energy savings, operational efficiency and tenant experience. Built on the open ecosystem RealEstateCore, it allows property owners and facility managers to seamlessly onboard new proptech solutions, optimize building performance, and reduce environmental impact. The platform is already used by some of Nordic’s largest real estate companies — and now the move across Øresund marks a new chapter.

– “There is tremendous potential in Denmark to accelerate the digitalization of the built environment. I am eager to engage with market players and demonstrate how ProptechOS can support both profitability, workplace experience and sustainability,” says Rasmus Pedersen.

The launch is also welcomed by leading Danish industry players. Long-time partner Ubiqisense:
– “We are delighted to welcome our partner of almost four years, ProptechOS, to the Danish market. There is an urgent need to break down data silos in smart buildings to ensure that they deliver their vital contribution to the green transition. In my view, ProptechOS — built on RealEstateCore — is exactly the right component to make this happen,” says Palle G. Dinesen, Ph.D., co-founder & CTO, Ubiqisense ApS.

– “We at IoT Fabrikken can only support breaking down the silo mindset regarding applications within building operations. Since our early start in 2018, we have developed RoomAlyzer as an “open” solution so that our customers get the most value in their daily work with operations, and we are welcoming ProptechOS to the Danish market” says Lars S. Qvistgaard, Commercial Director / CCO, IoT Fabrikken

One of the leading BMS system integrators, and a partner to ProptechOS, Nordomatic agrees:

– “We are happy to see ProptechOS entering the Danish market. We are looking forward to strengthening our partnership and expanding across the Nordics” says Peter Dalgaard, Business Area Manager, Nordomatic.

Entering a new market, also adds value to all existing customers in the ecosystem says Knud Erik Pedersen, Founder, IoT Cleaning:

We are happy to see ProptechOS entering Denmark. By leveraging existing data in a standardized way, we will be able to scale our data-driven cleaning applications in a faster way, resulting in smarter buildings, greater sustainability, and more efficient operations.

With our entry into Denmark, ProptechOS continues our mission to transform real estate into a driver of innovation, sustainability, and efficiency across the Nordics.
