How fast can a ProtechOS environment be set up?
ProptechOS Trial can be set up in minutes. Once you have access, onboarding certified partner devices can take just a few hours for a modern IoT in smart buildings setup, about 72 hours including modelling for a complete building management program, or 2–4 weeks if the system has not yet been modelled in RealEstateCore or integrated with ProptechOS. In cases where access to an on-site network or additional hardware installation is required, onboarding may take longer. Can I export the data from ProptechOS?
Yes. ProptechOS offers two ways to export data. You can download single time series directly from the UI sensor view, or — for larger sets and long-term analysis — contact our onboarding team. This flexibility supports property owners who need real estate sustainability reports, detailed insight into building energy use, or broader energy efficiency reporting across their portfolio. ProptechOS has no claim over your building data or telemetry. All onboarded and generated data belongs to you, the customer.
