Continuing the exploration of Expert Agents.

This Nighttime Ventilation Setback Saver uses ASHRAE 62.1, ASHRAE 90.1, and ISO 17772 (EN 16798) standards as input.

The agent runs at night to make sure no ventilation energy is wasted during non-occupied hours. It combines presence data with supply air flow information to identify real building use patterns and system behavior.

Through ProptechOS it retrieves historical data with the correct aggregations applied. When it detects irregularities, the agent expands its analysis. Energy savings are then quantified as a percentage of total ventilation use, along with estimated kilowatt-hours and cost impact.
