ProptechOS is now a SKI 02.06 supplier – agentic AI for the Danish public sector

ProptechOS is now a supplier under SKI’s 02.06 Standardsoftware framework agreement, and can deliver our platform for agentic AI in real estate operations to the Danish public sector on competitive terms.

As a SKI supplier, ProptechOS meets defined criteria within quality, environment, and social responsibility.

For public sector organisations, this means access to ProptechOS without running a separate EU tender process — the procurement work is already done at the framework level, lowering the cost and time for public buyers to bring agentic AI into their real estate operations.

We see this as a meaningful step in making AI-driven property management accessible to the public sector in Denmark.
