Our story
Who we are & what we do
ProptechOS was founded in 2019 by Erik Wallin and Per Karlberg, combining expertise from data science, engineering, and real estate. Built on the open-source standard RealEstateCore (REC), ProptechOS enables property owners to take full control of their data and transform real estate portfolios into data-driven, connected hubs.
Our platform is the operating system for buildings — powering IoT, AI, digital twins, and new apps that automate processes, optimize energy use, and create smarter, more sustainable spaces.
