Account Manager - Copenhagen, Denmark
The role
We’re looking for someone from the real estate industry who’s excited about what AI and digitalization can do for buildings. You’ve worked in property management, facility management, with building system suppliers, or at proptech vendors—and you know the pain points: disconnected systems, energy waste, manual ESG reporting. Now you want to help others solve these problems. You’ll be a trusted advisor to customers post-sale, guiding them on their digitalization journey, helping them prioritize where to start, and identifying opportunities to expand from pilots to portfolio-wide deployments. This role involves significant project management—you’ll coordinate onboarding, manage timelines, align stakeholders, and ensure customers successfully implement and scale ProptechOS across their portfolios.
This role is based out of Copenhagen, and reports to the Director of Customer Success in Stockholm. You’ll be our first hire in Denmark, working alongside our Global Chief of Sales who is also based in Denmark.
What you’ll do
- Guide property owners and facility managers through their digitalization journey
- Manage customer projects from onboarding through expansion, coordinating across technical teams and stakeholders
- Have strategic conversations connecting their business challenges to ProptechOS solutions
- Help customers define success and prioritize where to focus
- Identify expansion opportunities across their portfolios
- Build relationships from facility managers to C-suite
- Represent the customer voice internally
Who you are
- 3-5+ years in property management, facility management, asset management, real estate operations, or with building system suppliers/proptech vendors
- Excited about how AI and technology can transform building operations
- Strong project management skills—you can coordinate multiple stakeholders, manage timelines, and keep projects moving forward
- Strategic thinker with a knack for understanding customer needs and guiding them forward
- Natural relationship builder who listens well and builds trust
- Growth-minded and can spot opportunities for customers to get more value
- Fluent in Danish and English
