Onboarding Engineer

At ProptechOS, we’re transforming how buildings operate through our innovative platform. We’re seeking an experienced Onboarding Engineer to join our team and guide our customers through successful integrations with their existing systems.
About the Role
As an Onboarding Engineer, you’ll be the technical bridge between our customers and our platform. You’ll help them connect ProptechOS with their Building Management Systems (BMS), IoT devices, business systems, and BIM models to unlock the full potential of their building data. The role is based at our headquarter in central Stockholm.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical integration process for new customers, developing clear implementation plans tailored to their specific needs
- Configure and implement integrations between ProptechOS and customer systems (BMS, IoT, business applications, BIM)
- Troubleshoot integration challenges and provide technical support throughout the onboarding process
- Document integration processes and create standardized workflows for common integration scenarios
- Collaborate with our product and development teams to improve the integration experience
- Maintain relationships with customers post-integration to ensure continued success
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in system integration, technical implementation, or similar roles
- Strong technical background with understanding of APIs, data protocols, and system architectures
- Experience with building systems (BMS/BAS), IoT platforms, or PropTech solutions
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Communicate in both Swedish and English.
- Project management experience with ability to manage multiple integration projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with building automation protocols (BACnet, Modbus, etc.)
- Knowledge of IoT communication standards (MQTT, REST APIs)
- Familiarity with BIM software and standards
- Experience with data transformation and ETL processes
- Background in customer success or technical account management
