Conservice

Conservice utility management program handles Commercial Real Estate companies’ utility invoice process from payment of the invoices, to rate analysis and procurement. Supported utilities include electricity, gas, water and steam. Track both meter readings and invoiced amounts to track building usage, analytics for improvement planning, and ESG reporting. The ProptechOS integration covers both main and sub-metering. Conservice can handle installation of utility sub-meters, where they do not already exist, and enable billing each resident for their individual utility usage and other monthly charges.
