How does ProptechOS use AI in practice?

ProptechOS combines standardized data models (RealEstateCore and Brick Ontology) with the Model Context Protocol (MCP). This allows AI agents to securely connect with building systems and IoT devices, so they can understand the structure of your properties — rooms, sensors, equipment — in a consistent way.

Once connected, the AI can analyze real-time data streams (temperature, CO₂, occupancy), detect anomalies and trigger alerts, generate dashboards automatically, and interact through natural language questions like “Which rooms are unoccupied?” or “Show me last week’s energy trend”. With Agentic Proptech, AI agents automatically act when they detect anomalies, reducing downtime, extending asset life, and streamlining maintenance.

What’s the typical onboarding time?

It is easy to get started with ProptechOS. A trial environment can be set up in minutes. Onboarding certified partner IoT devices in modern systems usually takes a couple of hours, while a complete building management system can be onboarded within 72 hours. For systems not yet modeled in RealEstateCore, the process typically takes 2–4 weeks.
